Review of Five Minutes of Heaven (2009) by ♥ Chani L — 25 Jan 2010
An interesting story that could have been more compelling.
James Nesbitt's character 'Joe' I found incredibly annoying and yet understandably so.. he creates a conflict of sympathy and irritation in his behaviour when due to meet with 'Alistair' (Liam Neeson) - the gunman he watched, as a child, kill his older brother.
It was good though to see almost the role reversal of the characters - a victim who makes steps to bring his life together and the reformed killer who struggles and appears lost in life.
A short, but not bad, drama.
