Review of Five Children and It (2004) by Andrew P — 28 Oct 2010
Im a Jim Henson fan and obviously of story-tellings with this feeling. You may think you're watching Narnia with a bit of other children books or films, but hey, is incredible for your childrens! For me is more learning on acting and a way to understand better a childs imagination (since Im not a child anymore).
Plot: Five children are staying with some of their relatives (family members) since their dad is in war and the mother is busy? Anyway, the kids find a magical place were they can get any wish they like. Which one will they want?
Acting: Umm, Freddie was impresive as always, and he was so little here! Same, Jonathan and Jessica. I loved the best ones: Zoe Wanamaker and Kennet as Uncle Albert XD It was like watching quafle training or snitch with some Obliviate XD (Yeah, Potter duh!). Some stars here.
Music: Stunning, colorful, childish and enjoyable. Some stars here, because I was fully impressed :).
To end this review, 4 stars of 5. Is great to watch films like this once in a while. I was not bored ok? Im a fan of this films (fantasy films). Anyway, enjoy my review and HASTA LA PROXIMA!
