The cinematography is beautiful, the production is excellent. The story is so sad based on the book written by the main character a victim and survivor of the Regime Khemer Rouge. Angelina Jolie movie tells the pain and misery of the war in Cambodia suffer by many but shown beautifully despite of the sorrow and sadness.
There is no that many people daring to make movies like this in Hollywood.
