Though I like Ryan Gosling and he does a decent job, the whole movie is utter crap, which will surely make it a favorite for the Oscars. Whenever there is a flight scene, planes or space craft, the movie is quite alright, but unfortunately there is so much personal life time drama, that the movie looses complete focus.
Worst of all during those scenes of personal drama it looks like the cameraman used old roles of film from the fifties making everything look dull brown and dark (it nearly hurts your eyes). That's not artistic genius, but technological bulls.
.. and not apt for a 2018 movie. I surely gonna blacklist this director's name for future references before I might make another huge mistake like this. 2/10 points (it would be one if it wouldn't be for the flight scenes).
