Review of Filth (2013) by Abel D — 13 Jan 2015
Not as hypnotic as ´Trainspotting´, this new Irvine Welsh adaptation is still a weird, crass and unglamorous look at depression and denial. It´s a mad black comedy loaded with odd zingers and a performance by McAvoy that is by turns tragic, despicable and hilarious.
