A truly eye-opening documentary about how the obesity epidemic in the U.S. isn't explained away as easily as too many calories consumed and not enough exercise. Some of the featured overweight kids and their struggles are pretty heart-breaking.
Definitely a call to action, with guidance about what can actually make a difference.
