An interesting take on Morgan Spurlock's "Supersize Me," which had major effects on McDonald's menu...here, they basically say that it's entirely possible to eat fast food everyday & lose weight, providing you're not eating a milkshake with every meal.
Common sense, but it opened my eyes to some of the bias put forth in "Supersize Me.".
