Review of Fat Head (2009) by Nefnie L — 20 Mar 2011
I found this to be an interesting rebuttal to Supersize Me. Although, like most of these documentaries, it sometimes tends to go a little overboard to get their point across. It does give a good, detailed scientific explaination about how blood sugars, carbs, cholesterol and fat work in our bodies; without becoming a borefest.
It gives "food for thought" (pun intended). The biggest statement this movie makes is that neither government nor any other agency should tell people how to eat. I found it to be educationally fun.
