Metal plate stops bullets these days, gees, I WANT ONE OF THOSE!
Story is the same ol' trip. Family member killed (this time brother), they think he's dead because they shot him but he's coming to revenge the death of his brother. Shoots the bad guys and one of them seems out to be cop, (something you never might know already... [sarcasm]). Somehow reminds me of The Driver (You're the wheel man) - game... or Driv3r.
I say:
Just another "raise funds" movie.
