It throws lihgt on why perhaps the French royals and elite met with the brutal end which they did, during the French revolution.. But never the less, with a bit of tact, and a lesser addiction to being aloof would have changed European history for the rest of us.
. The movie never the less, managed to grab most of the intensities.. Acting wasn't the best but suited to what the movie permitted..
