Review of Far and Away (1992) by Mark T — 17 Feb 2008
This should have been killed, stuffed and taken home for Christmas dinner - that's how big a turkey it is. I don't know what kind of accent Tom Cruise thought he was doing,sounded like a drunk guy who thought he could do an Irish accent - maybe that's how the director was when he cast Tom Cruise in this role.
Nicole Kidman carried this film, and it wasn't one of her finest moments either. This should have been sent far and away !
