One of the earlier good Tom Cruise films before he became a fruitcake and started acting like an ass on national television! Tom Cruise plays an Irish immigrant trying to live out the American dream with Nicole Kidman, with a few hickups along the way.
He even trys his hand at bare knuckle boxing. Who'd want to miss out on a chance to watch Tom Cruise get beaten up.
