Review of Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald (2018) by Horst M — 20 Dec 2018
Terrible writing, terrible editing, terrible shots, too many characters. Plot with more holes then the leaky cauldron, characters motivations stretched more then Aunt Marge's pants after being blown up. Enormous disappointment. Feels like no one had the guts to tell JK that she is blowing this which is ironically the opposite of what th HP books wanted to teach us. The people in charge should be approachable and open to criticism. And if she was, I don't even know what happened.
Came out devastated and wishing I had a time tuner. Maybe then I would go back in time, burn my ticket and keep on living with the hope that this movie is going to be nice, never actually realising how it won't be.
Big harry potter fan here. Actually liked the first FB and was waiting forward to this one. I'm just not a movie ignorant and I'm not going to munch on whatever shit is branded with the HP logo. Well, not anymore anyway. Surely won't go and see the next one.
