Review of Fanboys (2009) by Ernie M — 26 Dec 2011
This is one of those "it what it is" movies, can't take more out of it than one should. It's fun for me to watch a road trip done "fan boy" style. A scene that reminds that though I may not be a member of Fan Boy fraternity, I am definitely have my foot in the door, is when they decide to do Las Vegas "Fan Boy" style and end up watching a movie in their hotel room.
They had more than enough sci fi cameo's to keep the fan boy in all of us satisfied. Where the story may not be the strongest thing the enjoyment of watching it outweighs it.
