Review of Fair Game (2010) by Gabriel R — 02 Apr 2011
Well acted film about CIA agent Valerie Plame's outing by the Bush White House and her and husband, Joe Wilson's fight against the administration. If this film doesn't get your repulsed by the treasonist acts that ruined a career and many lives I don't know what will.
Naomi Watts is really fantastic and it's amazing how much she looks like the real Valerie Plame. Sean Penn is equally good and the film features a very good supporting cast. My only complaint might be director, Doug Liman's choice to be his own DP.
That stupid "shaky cam" style has got to go. It's very distracting.
