In the moment, it was a lot of fun. Outside of that moment, it feels more and more like a product of its time. Plus, Moore's old "guilt by association" tactics come back in a big way here.
But, man, it was nice to see this in 2004 and not feel so alone, so I'll give it a positive review in memory of that.
