Review of Eyes Without a Face (1960) by Jesse K — 18 Aug 2013
Eyes Without a Face attacks the viewer with questions and images surrounding the idea of contrast. Its beautiful gothic setting contains a much more gruesome story while an odd sense of grace masks (heh) the supposedly evil intentions of the characters.
Overall it's a chilling tale that slowly creeps into your mind and stays there.
