Review of Eyes Wide Shut (1999) by Soheil W — 13 Jul 2011
I still see it as a dark comedy, but no seems to agree with me. I still love the flavour of Kubrick productions, but trying to work with a hollywood cast, it just doesn't seem to fit and with that no need for the subtle long scenes of previous films, that doesn't gel with the main characters. Memorable engrosing, but flawed.
