Review of Exorcist: The Beginning (2004) by Chris B — 29 Aug 2009

A good movie that was undeservedly panned by the so called experts. No, not nearly as scary as the movie it is supposed to preceed. That said, it's a different kind of movie. Rather than pure scares, t's backbone is an interesting storyline regarding the life and background of the man who became known as Father Merrin.

It was more of a dramatic history lesson with an element of mystery thrown in, and its worth a watch.
