Review of Event Horizon (1997) by Uctlabl1Wt3Rypt — 27 Mar 2019

This brilliant thriller is oft misunderstood. People are catching up that is a cult classic that will enter the larger public consciousness shortly (or, perhaps never;). Aside from completely brilliant references to other excellent movies (won't spoil for you) and interesting philosophical, physical, and metaphysical questions, it wis, to my young mind (watched it when it came out), the most terrifying question.

Upon a re-watch, I laughed through it and enjoyed the horror fwew. It,s actually a rather well-executed idea visually and dramatically; the characters are interesting. More than anything, I appreciated it as a lovestory.

I would call this «black romantic comedy", 10/10 (negative 0 being the lower end of the scale, F(Y)I].
