Review of Even the Rain (2011) by Pilar M — 05 Feb 2011
The movie starts at a really high level but somehow diludes as the end approaches into an unbelivable Hollywwod invention. It is important that, 500 years afterwards, some Spanish start assuming the genocide they provoked in America and explain it with more guilt than with pride.
Maybe in 500 years they will also be brave enough to be critics on how they treat today the non-Spanish cultures in the Iberian Peninsula.
