Review of Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind (2004) by Brian L — 15 Feb 2013

This movie... was something completely different from what I expected. I was not prepared for a brainteaser. Still I had fun. It was interesting to see Jim Carrey play a more serious role, and (ironically) see Kate Winslet play a very uninhibited odd character, with an American accent, no less! Almost sort of surreal.

My only problem is the last 10-15 mins or so. It's a very drawn-out process, with a VERY abrupt ending. Still, this was a good movie. Additional props to Kirsten Dunst, Mark Ruffalo, and Elijah Wood for their supporting roles.
