Review of Escape from New York (1981) by Lauren D — 13 Apr 2009
So, on one of my many searches for movies/books about dystopic futures, I discovered this. While a good idea, it wasn't really that good a movie. I don't really like Kurt Russell (The Thing was awesome though) and the rest of the acting was poor as well.
Though the effects were lame, they weren't that bad. Um... yeah, so it was alright but it might've made a better book (was it a book? I dunno).
