Truly awful, how can so many great actors think this was going to be a good film? It was basically a remake of the first film except with loads of terrible special effects and crap acting, apart from Steve Buscemi but even he couldn't save this film from being shit.
I'm a huge John Carpenter fan but it was a silly film to make and how the hell Valeria Golino ever got a film role ever i'll never know.
