It's a different kind of film than the first one, which I was not taken with. Found it boring and not very engaging. This film, however, is entertaining simply for how ludicrous it is. Surfing tsunamis, basketball games to the death and firing machine guns from hang gliders.
Awful, dated special effects. And I love the ending. Good stuff.
