In a world where Kurt Russell is a one-eyed hero without the loss of peripheral vision, where Bruce Robinson requires no additional facial make-up when playing the rugged, terrifying, psychopathic plastic surgeon, where battle strategy involves hand-gliding into aerial conflict, and where there is always time for a post-tzunami surfing Hi-Five.
