When Ernest goes to jail has to be one of the better films of the Ernest series. The film has that simple but laughable humour. Jim Varney is funny as Ernest. The character Ernest is so likable and funny.
This is not award winning comedy but it works for this type of film. A comedy that kids and adults can enjoy. Plus I always enjoy actors Gailard Sartain and Bill Byrge as the bank security guards in this.
They always make me laugh. Worth a watch.
