Disappointing sequel to the original, again it portrays every Catholic as a fanatic baddie and every Protestant as morally justified. If you're watching for the history, the chronology is screwed up beyond all comprehension so don't even bother trying to make any sense of it all.
Just enjoy the pretty costumes and effects.
