Review of Elevator to the Gallows (1958) by Flike S — 20 Aug 2008
Transcends a clunky plot through wonderful images and ample doses of 50's French Cool (and Miles Davis on the Soundtrack). One of the films that began the French New Wave, with director Louis Malle and star Jeanne Moreau at the beginning of their careers.
Very entertaining.
