Review of El Topo (1970) by Jake W — 12 Aug 2008
Mind-Blowing. If that was the one word to describe El Topo, that would be it. It's artistically breathtaking infused with ideals of Christianity and Buddhism with blatant criticism of society set in a psychedelic acid western.
It's bizzare and experimental to the core but its definitely a trip.
