Whilst there is a debate for how necessary this film was for the Breaking Bad/Better Call Saul story, there is no doubt that this movie was extremely well made and could work as a stand-alone movie without the assistance of the famous TV shows.
Gilligan and Paul have come together to produce something special once again, with an extremely satisfying ending that Jesse most definitely deserved. Even if some cameos may have been there for the shock-value (looking at you Walt), almost each and every character has a purpose in Jesse's story.
An extremely well crafted follow-up to the original series.
