Review of Eighth Grade (2018) by Nathan S — 24 Jul 2018
Another amazing movie about teens in one year. First was 'Without a Trace" and now "Eighth Grade" . "Eighth Grade" is more complex and more humorous than "Without a Trace" and it shows the world from the point of view of a girl who is becoming a woman.
It really is a movie for men of all ages too - since we see what it is like to feel the pressures of being a female. I am waiting to see both "Eighth Grade" and "Without a Trace" compete for the Oscars.
It will be a very hard choice.
