Review of Easy Rider (1969) by Jonathan M — 25 Sep 2009
Not the greatest piece of film I have ever watched but it meant so much to cinema and to society, it can't be overlooked as a fine movie. Some beautiful shots of the countryside with two guys riding along without any major cares in the world.
A relaxing film to watch, even with the drug-induced moments. GREAT soundtrack to accompany a trailblazing storyline. Jack Nicholson is rather amusing but plays his role very well. And Hopper and Fonda, well, they are priceless in their roles.
And I love the cameo by Phil Spector. A good movie to check out.
