Solid animated movie based on a classic Disney cartoon series.
1987 was the best time for cartoons. We had Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and DuckTales. DuckTales was/is one of the greatest cartoons of the '80s. If you were born in the '80s and never heard of DuckTales, you didn't know what you were missing.
In 1990, DuckTales got a movie called "Treasure of the Lost Lamp", which was also the same year the live-action TMNT movie was made. As my summary says, "Treasure of the Lost Lamp" was a solid animated movie. Because why? It's DuckTales.
The plot of this movie is that Scrooge McDuck goes on adventure with his nephews Huey, Dewey, and Louie, to Egypt where they find a magic lamp. Kinda reminds you of Aladdin, doesn't it? But the evil Merlock the Magician and his sidekick Dijon the Thief will stop at nothing to get their hands on the lamp.
All I can say is if you like DuckTales, check this movie out.
