Review of Duck Soup (1933) by Josh C — 10 Mar 2008
Classic Marx Brothers film in which Groucho becomes the dictator of Freedonia. This also marks the last film appearence of Zeppo as he retires from show business as an actor later in 1933. Groucho plays his great snappy one liner character and Harpo joins him as the silent one.
Chico is his usual Italian accented character and Zeppo is the straight man. This movie is a must see for all Marx fans as well as anyone who enjoys laughing.
