Review of Drugstore Cowboy (1989) by Arseniy V — 26 Nov 2007
As a film dealing with drugs and addiction as it's main subject matter, I don't feel this one to be a knock out punch. The acting, the writing, the score can often feel guarded and stiff. But it certainly has it's moments.
All in all, I'd have to call it a snappy, well-placed jab instead.
