Review of Drive (2011) by Adam K — 17 Mar 2017
A pitch perfect made to be cult film that plays so well on its nostalgic tone. The soundtrack is practically flawless and the world it delves into is a dark, gritty places that acts as an appropriate backdrop what I think is one of the most violent romance films ever made.
Its not for everyone and I am sure a fair share of people might find it monotonous and strange, but for film lovers its a well put together drama that pays homages to the likes of Lynch, Cronenberg, Kubrick and The Coens.
