Review of Dragonslayer (1981) by Lauren P — 17 May 2007

I have to dock this movie... a lot... for its ultimately predictable storyline. Even the moments that are supposed to be surprising/shocking really aren't. Characters are a little flat--not really much of anything in the way of development.

I must say I liked the stop-motion animation--it was fairly impressive (and a lot more interesting than the yawn-inducing CGI of today).
