Review of Dr. Phibes Rises Again (1972) by Dan T — 01 Sep 2017
Sure, it's ridiculous that Phibes has a traveling, robotic band, speaks through a device on the side of his neck, and enjoys dancing with his assistant. But Price waxes poetic on the nature of life all the while subjecting his victims to some incredibly creative deaths.
It's fun and quite gory at times. While not as good as the first, it's actually more entertaining.
