Of course, any fan of Roberto Benigni must see this film. And if you're a Jim Jarmusch fan, you've no doubt seen it. The film is artsy, cerebral, and yet still very funny. It doesn't happen that way all the time.
I also got a kick out of seeing Tom Waits act. He's not bad for a singer. If you watch it though, you'll likely want to see every Jarmusch movie ever made.
