A movie in which I would say I respect more than enjoy. The underlying themes and plot devices will give you a joyous moment of realization once discovered. All the performances are very strong, especially from Jake Gyllenhaal.
Blends genres masterfully, and boasts some brilliant cinematography. Overall, this film is proof that movies are capable of being art.
