Oh goodness...the only American made Doctor Who adventure and boy does it show. This movie was so bad it set Doctor Who back 9 years. While Paul McGann shows signs of being a very capable Doctor he is held back by an awful script and some really terrible performances from just about everyone else.
What few things this lame TV-movie did right are totally overshadowed by doing everything else wrong. Sorry Paul McGann, you really got dealt an unfair hand.
