Review of Doctor Who (1996) by Sahara K — 13 Dec 2012
I enjoyed this a lot. Although it was a failed attempt to bring back Doctor Who, it shouldn't be based on such as the 8th Doctor played by Paul McGann did a great job at conveying the eccentricities yet compassion that all other Doctors have and I found it generally entertaining and at times funny with the dialog as well as the references to the previous Doctors, the 4th in particular.
It also had an interesting plot, trying to fix the TARDIS yet at the same time defeat The Master(Eric Roberts), which was quite unique. Daphne Ashbrook as Grace also did a good job showing that as companion she is just as competent as The Doctor at times.
A good bridge between Classic Doctor Who and the New Doctor Who.
