Review of Dixie Chicks: Shut Up and Sing (2006) by David F — 05 Oct 2007

I don't own any music by them but I enjoy it well enough. I saw this solely for the controversy and outta curiosity for the fact that a movie was made about it. No matter what your stance is on what Maines said in London, it's a well made filn with an intersting look not only the band but how the media and "fans" get involved.

There are some truly ignorant and disturbing things said and done by the groups former fans. If you like seeing music worked on and made and the uproar has you curious, then check this out.
