Fascinating documentary that shows the fallout one little comment can have. We get a real fly-on-the-wall view of the Dixie Chicks after the incident and their publicity machine in work. There are some great concert bits too, but I'm not sure if it's right to find the American reaction story more interesting than the Dixie Chick's personal lives (in fact, as embarrassing as this is, it took me a while to tell them all apart!).
All in all a great story, but what exactly happened in 2004?
