Very good, it had a lot of thought put into it and makes you think. but the last 30 minutes are just ridiculous. you will not like the main character, at first you don't know whether to like him, cuz he's alot like borat and then he becomes progressively more selfish. the last shot was pretty cool though, but the movie(SPOILER) ends with the mothership leaving and the world watching it on the news. its very anticlimactic.
Im hoping the sequel, we'll see another independence day. :-D since the aliens are to return in 3 years time, making it 2012!
