Picked this one up due to the outstanding combination of Director (Stephen Frears) who made the unmissable Dangerous Liasions, The Grifters, The Snapper and The Van, the guy from Serenity (Chewetel Ejiofor) and a french babe I thought I heard of but ends up I hadnt.
Didnt fail to please; an interesting, brooding, dark vision of the plight of illegal immagrants doing horrible things just to survive. Really excellent performances, thoughtfully laid out, sucks you in.
