Review of Die Hard 2 (1990) by Jacob G — 06 Jul 2014
Amusing but not crucial followup. Die Hard 2 feels more like a wanna be movie that lucked out by actually getting Bruce Willis. Most problematic is how easy it would be to simply give into the terrorists at the get-go.
They basically do by the end, making the slogging about shooting people feel like an exercise in burning time. Still, it is Willis doing the shooting so it's entertaining enough.
