The Sin City of the 90s.
I actually like this better than Sin City, mainly because Pacino played the hell out of Big Boy. If this was any type of movie other than a comic book adventure, Pacino would be praised for his performance.
The characters and costume design, as well as the setting make this film a classic. Overall the production was amazing.
