Review of Dick Tracy (1990) by Tommy M — 26 Feb 2009
The action is entertaining, and the quirky costumes make it look like a living coloring book of the traditional mafia setup. Clearly it was meant to stand out in its own little world (which is a good thing), but the characters are just kind of flat; there's the good guy, the bad guy, and as always.
.. the women. Not exactly a classic, but certainly a keeper from the old days.
